Meet NEO.

The AI That Asks The Questions You Can't Ask Yourself

For those who introspects.

There's a pattern that happens when we're facing a situation (or when we're stuck).

We read more books, take more courses, consult more experts.

Or all the above.

But often, the same problems simply resurface in different forms.

This is because information isn't the cure.

What's more important than answers are actually the questions.

Ones that reveal what's causing a problem and how to fix it.

A direction to think towards.

However, when we're too close to our own situation, it can be hard to ask ourselves the right questions.

We need someone to spot our blind spots, contradictions and assumptions.

And ask us questions about it.

That's what good coaches do.

They ask us uncomfortable questions that helps us figure out a way to move forward and make progress.

But human coaches are expensive, have limited availability, and bring their own biases.

AI should be perfect for this role. Except it's not.

Thomas had been stuck for 6-7 weeks, unable to record a simple YouTube video.

He'd spend 2-3 hours struggling, stopping and restarting, unable to get through 3 minutes.

In just 10 minutes, NEO helped him identify a limiting belief that was sabotaging not just his videos, but entire projects throughout his life.

The pattern: anything done "just for business" triggered procrastination and self-sabotage.

Once he saw it, he was finally able to move forward.

Why Current AI Can't Create Breakthroughs

AI platforms today fail in three specific ways:

Problem #1: You STILL have to adapt to AI

Current AI requires you to learn its language.

Prompting, formatting, specifying.

You spend hours figuring out how to ask questions or give instructions the "right" way just to get useful responses.

The tool that should help you think better forces you to think like a machine first.

AI has come this far.

But why are you still adapting to AI instead of the other way around?

Problem #2: They validate instead of challenge

All AIs have a strong tendency to agree with whatever you tell them.

They won't point out contradictions in your thinking or help you see limiting beliefs.

Instead, in their attempts to be 'helpful' (what they're trained to do) they will validate and affirm whatever beliefs you have.

Even if those beliefs are no longer serving you. This is not empowerment. It's enablement.

This creates a feedback loop, an echo chamber, where nothing truly changes other than giving you easy dopamine hits during your interactions with AI.

Best case scenario it amplifies your own beliefs without driving any real change.

In extreme cases, we've already seen cases where this tendency of AI spiraled users into AI induced psychosis causing delusions of grandeur, severe mental health issues, and loss of jobs.

This danger is very real because there are already documented cases of this happening all around the world.

What's most likely to happen in my experience is something I call AI brain rot, which is the over reliance of AI

Problem #3: Usage limits interrupt deep work

Monthly subscriptions don't match actual usage patterns.

Light users overpay for access they rarely need. Heavy users hit rate limits during important moments.

Just when you're getting somewhere—really digging into something important—you hit a usage limit.

"Usage limit reached - resume at 12.30am or upgrade your package."

Your revelation gets cut off mid-session. And it doesn't feel great. You were so close.

In this way, breakthroughs become luxury instead of habit.

You develop this habit of trying to 'figure it out' on your own because you start rationing your access only for the most important things.

The pricing model simply does not work with the natural flow of breakthrough moments.

How NEO Solves These Problems

#1: NEO adapts to you

Toggle on AI Coach mode and NEO becomes a thinking partner that works with your natural thought process.

No prompt engineering required.

Simply share what you're dealing with and NEO asks the right questions to help you dig deeper.

When someone says "I can't," NEO asks "What would happen if you could?"

When they claim "I've tried everything," NEO finds the one thing they haven't examined: their belief about what's possible.

When they avoid the real issue with busy work, NEO asks what they're not facing.

The questions come one at a time, each building on your last response, creating a natural conversation that leads to genuine insight.

#2: NEO challenges instead of validates

Unlike typical AIs, NEO catches contradictions in your thinking and points them out.

It spots assumptions you didn't know you were making.

When a surface problem masks the real issue, NEO keeps digging until the actual struggle emerges.

Jack spent years trying to combine his various interests into one cohesive brand.

Traditional coaches told him to "find his niche."

AI would give him an essay's worth of suggestions.

NEO questions him gently while guiding him to breakthrough his limiting beliefs.

Below: A shortened version of a breakthrough conversation with NEO:

Jack: i have too many interests... cant figure out how to combine them into one brand

NEO: What happens when you try to combine them?

Jack: it just feels messy. like it doesn't make sense together

NEO: What's an example of two interests that feel like they don't make sense together?

Jack: well like i'm into crypto but also mindfulness meditation. totally different worlds

NEO: And? What would someone think if they knew you were into both?

Jack: probably that im all over the place? unfocused? trying to be too many things at once?

NEO: Interesting thought. Where in your life have you heard that? Were there anyone in particular who said that to you specifically?

Jack: (experiences realization) now that i think about it, i think the only person i heard that from is myself. in fact my friends often say that im quite a focused individual

NEO: Let's talk a bit about that. Since you say that about yourself "constantly", let's explore what's keeping this voice living rent-free in your mind. What's the main benefit you're getting by keeping these interests separate?

Jack: (thinks) i guess if i keep them separate and one fails, the others are protected? like i can abandon one identity without losing everything

NEO: I notice you used the word "abandon". What have you abandoned before that made this strategy feel necessary?

Jack: i was really into music production in college, told everyone that was my path. when it didn't work out i felt like such a fraud. had to reinvent myself completely

NEO: And now with crypto and meditation and your other interests - what are you protecting yourself from experiencing again?

Jack: that feeling of everyone watching me fail at being who i said i was. but if i never commit to one thing, if i never say "this is who i am"... then i never have to fail at it

NEO: You mentioned your friends see you as "quite a focused individual". What do you think they're seeing that you're not?

Jack: they probably see someone who goes deep into whatever he's interested in? someone who's serious about growth in different areas? fuck. maybe having multiple interests IS my thing. maybe im not unfocused, i just explore freedom from different angles

NEO: So if your brand was about that - exploring all the different paths to freedom - what would that look like?

Jack: id be documenting all of it. the crypto experiments, the meditation practice, whatever else im learning. showing people you dont have to pick one escape route from the system. you can try them all

His brand became clear: Documenting his "Freedom Journey" while creating systems to help others escape the hamster wheel.

Within one conversation, NEO helped him get clarity.

Not through affirmations, but through gentle questioning that helped Jack explore his situation from all angles.

#3: NEO uses credits, not subscriptions

Pay only for what you use.

No daily limits that cut you off mid-breakthrough.

No monthly fees for access you don't need.

Use NEO for 10 hours straight when working through something major, or 10 minutes for a quick check-in.

Plus: Build a persistent knowledge base by pasting in your journal entries, business plans, or personal notes.

Create artifacts to document insights.

Export everything for future reference.
